Wilmore, KY---Asbury picked back up with their winning ways at home, defeating Centre College 3-0 on Tuesday night. The Eagles bounced back after losing twice over the weekend and improved their home record to 10-1.
Asbury (20-10) played without two regular starters in sophomore Emily Andrews (illness) and freshmen Lindsay Ibold (ankle). Junior Christina Marye had 10 kills and no errors, including five kills in the third game. Marye also had one solo block and three block assists. Asbury's 93 team digs is the 3rd most in school history.
Asbury lost twice over the weekend both to NCAA III teams, falling to Manchester 3-1 and Transylvania 3-0.
