Volleyball earns second straight win over CCU
Asbury proved too much for Cincinnati Christian, winning in three games, 30-10, 30-22, 30-6. Freshman Emily Andrews led with nine kills on the night as the Eagles were able to play nearly all of their roster. Jenelle McClean set up the offense with 16 assists and provided defense as well, leading the team with 10 digs on the night.
The win puts Asbury at 10-14 overall, 3-2 in KIAC play. They will host another AC Quad event this weekend against Lambuth (Tenn.), Milligan (Tenn.), and Rio Grande (Ohio). The action begins at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
