Softball Roster

2012 (Junior): Played in 42 games for the Eagles starting in 41 of those games… in the circle led KIAC in ERA (1.62)… also led team in wins (11), shutouts (5), total earned runs given up (31), and batting average against (.257)… had 76 strikeouts in 134.0 innings of work… had 18 complete games in 20 starts… finished 3^rd on the team in batting average among qualifiers (.336)… also posted a .549 slugging percentage, 11 doubles, 5 home runs, 67 total bases, and 25 RBI… had 7 RBI in a double header against Brescia collecting 5 hits including a home run (3/17)… also picked up the win on the mound in game 2 of the double header… recorded 8 multi-hit games… had a 10 game hitting streak from 4/19-5/4… struck out a season high 9 batters against Berea (4/10)… tossed a 5-inning one-hitter against Alice Lloyd (4/20)… named a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete… named to the KIAC All-Conference Team.

2011 (Sophomore): Made 21 appearances in the circle on the season, including 14 starts…posted a 10-6 record with the team’s lone save…turned in a 3.53 ERA on the season in a team-high 85.1 innings pitched…led team with 52 strikeouts…opponents batted .260 against her…threw two no-hitters on the season, first against Alice Lloyd on 3/4 and again on 3/29 against Cumberlands (Ky.)…first no-hitter earned her KIAC Pitcher of the Week…struck out six against ALC and a season-high 10 against Cumberlands…just missed a third no-hitter on the season at Alice Lloyd on 4/19, surrendering one hit…also collected six hits at the plate and drove in six runs.

2010 (Freshman): Named KIAC Pitcher of the Week on 3/8...KIAC All-Conference selection...One of two primary pitchers for the Eagles, registering 104.1 innings while sporting a 2.88 ERA, while posting a 12-5 record…registered 76 strikeouts with only 23 walks…69 plate appearances, posting a .308 average, collecting 21 hits…hit lone homerun against Indiana-Southeast on 4/1…drove in 18 runs.

High School:  Played four years for her father, Mike, at Meade County…Named to All-State, Region, and District teams her senior season, District selection her junior year…Named Third Region Player of the Year her senior season…posted lowest ERA her sophomore and senior year…highest winning percentage her junior and senior years…also played volleyball.
