Ethington Earns Player of the Week Honors

Emily Ethington was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week for April 12th-April 18th. Ethington is a 5-3 sophomore shortstop from Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Ethington hit her fourth home run of the season in the second game of a doubleheader against Midway on Monday. She drove in two runs in each game against Midway. For the week Ethington hit .333 and had a slugging percentage of .667 and an on-base percentage of .429. She also totaled three doubles on the week.
