Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Schedule Released

Wilmore, KY – Head swimming and diving coach Dorothy Kempf has released her schedule for the men’s and women’s programs.  Both teams will compete in nine meets during the year along with the Appalachian Swim Conference Meet and the NAIA National Meet.

The men and women will hit the pool in one month as they travel to Indianapolis to battle NCAA Division I Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis on October 8th.  The women will also swim against NCAA Division I Butler University in a double-dual meet. 

The Eagles will host their first meet in the Luce Center Natatorium a week later on October 16th when Malone University and NCAA Division I Gardner Webb University come to town for the Christian College Invitational.  The meet will start at 4:00 pm.

Asbury will also host the Asbury Invitational on December 3rd and 4th as Transylvania University, Centre College, University of the South, Union College (Ky.), Berea College, Campbellsville, and Lindsey Wilson come to the Luce Center.  Asbury will host three dual or double-dual meets during the spring semester on January 29th, February 4th and February 5th.

This year the Appalachian Swim Conference Meet will move from Marshall University to Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.  The meet is scheduled to take place on February 18th and 19th.  The NAIA National Meet will begin on March 2nd and run through March 5th.  All events will take place at the St. Peters Rec Plex in St. Peters, Missouri.
