2010 (Freshman): Played in 13 of 17 games earning four starts... played a key role in the midfield where he recorded six shots, two on goal.

High School: Three year varsity player at Carrollton (Ga.) High School under coach Scott New... Carrollton posted the top winning percentage in Georgia's AAA classification... advanced to the state quarterfinals during his senior season, state runner ups during his junior year... Griffin provided a key assist in Carrollton's overtime win over unbeaten Oconee County in the second round. Also proved clutch in the 2008 playoffs with two goals in a quarterfinal win.
