Asbury College announces new cross-country coach

WILMORE, KY—Asbury College is pleased to announce Randy Crist as the cross-country coach. Crist holds his undergraduate degree from Taylor University, M.A. from Georgetown and Ed.D. from the University of Kentucky in physical education and sports science.

Crist is a Hall of Fame member of the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association. He has 22 years of coaching experience. Crist has been named coach of the year numerous times at the state, regional and district levels, as well as Jessamine County Coach of the Year four times.

“Coach Crist is an outstanding leader and man of God. He and his family have strong ties with Asbury College and it is a pleasure to have them all of them as part of our program,” Gary Kempf said.
