Cross Country results from Cedarville Invitational
Sophomore Lindsay Keveren earned a spot in the top third of the event, finishing in 60th of 177 women competitors in the 5K with a time of 21:09.62. Junior Carolyn Tegge would place 66th with a time of 21:24.94, while senior Melissa Waterman finished 76th in a time of 21:55.29 to represent the Eagles' top three finishers. As a team the women posted a team time of 1:52:13.50 for their 11th place finish.
The men were led by freshman Aaron Linard in a time of 30:25.57 for the 8K competition. Linard's time was good for 117th out of 180 runners. He was followed by Russell Aldridge and Austin Powell in times of 31:55.68 and 32:22.81 respectively to represent the top three Asbury male competitors.
The team is next in action at the Greater Louisville Classic on Saturday, September 29th.
