Men's Basketball predicted as preseason favorites in KIAC

With all players back from a 22-10 squad that tied for the KIAC crown last year, the Eagles are favorites to take home the conference championship in 2008 according to fellow coaches of the KIAC.

Asbury earned 34 points in the balloting, including six first-place votes. Alice Lloyd and IU-Southeast earned the other first-place votes and finished with 26 and 25 points respectively.

The Eagles will begin their season this Saturday night at Georgetown. Game time has been moved to 8:00 p.m. to accommodate a volleyball event before the game. The game can be heard live via streaming audio on Asbury's campus radio station, WACW.
