Men's Basketball wins at Alice Lloyd
Winning on the road in conference is usually a tall task, but Asbury made short work of Alice Lloyd Tuesday night, winning 95-74 in Pippa Passes. The team shot 50% (36-72) from the floor, led by Brandon Fentress' 19 points on 9-of-12 shooting from the field. Asbury would turn a six-point halftime lead into the final, 21-point margin thanks to a blistering second half, going 19-of-32 from the field for 59.4%. With the win, the Eagles now stand at 13-7 overall, 2-1 in conference. They will step outside of conference play to face Boyce College in Louisville on Thursday night. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
