Men's Basketball comes from 19 down to beat Berea, 79-76

Derek Bland hit a three-pointer with :51 left to give Asbury a 75-74 lead after a furious rally had erased a 71-58 Berea lead with 4:22 remaining. The Eagles trailed by as much as 19 in the second half after leading during the first 10 minutes of the first half. Asbury utilized a fullcourt press and zone defense forcing 28 turnovers, allowing the Eagles to complete the comeback.

Brandon Fentress led the Eagles in scoring with 19 points, while Brett Johnson recorded nine rebounds and four blocks. Derek Bland ended the game with 17 points, Michael Spann 15, and Brian Johnson with 12 to complete the list of Eagles in double figures.

The win completes the regular season for the Eagles, finishing with a 21-8 overall record, 7-2 in conference play.
