Meeting with Admissions Counselor

We are happy to set up a campus visit designed specifically for you. A typical visit to Asbury takes 3-4 hours and includes the following activities:

  • Campus tour
  • Chapel (Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 a.m.)
  • Lunch in the cafeteria
  • Residence hall tour
  • Meeting with your admissions counselor which will include an overview of financial aid

In addition, we can arrange for you to attend a class, coordinate a meeting with a professor or coach and schedule an overnight stay in one of our residence halls. Please let us know when you register if you would like to add any of these additional options.

Registration

We can accomodate personal visits almost anytime, however due to visit events, holidays, or scheduled campus events (Springbreak, Finals Exams, etc.) there are some dates where campus visits are either limited or not available. When scheduling your visit to Asbury please keep the dates below in mind.

Dates Unavailable for Personal Visits: No Classes - Limited Visit Option:
  • February 9-10, 2012 - Scholarship Event #1
  • February 23-24, 2012 - Scholarship Event #2
  • April 6, 2012 - Good Friday
  • April 19-20, 2012 - Spring ACCESS Event
  • March 12-16, 2012 - Spring Break
  • April 9, 2012 - Easter Holiday
  • April 30-May 3, 2012 - Final Exams
