About Me

I hail from Troy, NY and found my way to Asbury University as a student in 1997, eventually settling on a major in English (which I loved) and singing in a number of choral ensembles and quartets (which I also loved). After graduating in 2001, I worked for two years in newspaper advertising sales, and then obtained a MA in English from the University of Kentucky. I came back to Asbury in the fall of 2005 and have been serving students here ever since. My wife & I live in Lexington and enjoy music, movies, and popular culture in general. Let me know if you see a good flick or find a new band! I love Asbury University's missional heart and the students that are drawn to this attitude towards the world. We have the greatest students ever, and they are going to change the world.
