Congratulations on your acceptance to Asbury College! We are so excited that you will soon be joining the Asbury community. Now that you are accepted you are probably wondering, "What's next?" With that in mind, we created this page to help guide you through the process from now to your arrival on campus. FAFSA and Scholarships
Students applying for Financial Aid must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The application is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. When completing the form, please request the information to be sent to Asbury using the school code 001952. The FAFSA can be filed beginning January 1 and should be submitted by March 1 for priority consideration. Students should also complete and return the Institutional Aid Application an Privacy Act Notice to the Financial Aid Office. All students who have applied for admission have also applied for scholarships.

Housing Information and Pre-Tuition Deposit
Send a completed Roommate Selector form along with a $200 pre-tuition deposit to the Office of Admissions. Students can expect to receive registration materials mid-June and housing assignment mid-July. (Please note: You will not receive registration materials or a housing assignment until the Roommate Selector form and deposit have been received.) Deposits are refundable before May 1.
Medical History Form
Complete the Report of Medical History and return to Health Services by July 1. For more information, including a list of required immunizations, please visit our Health Services page.

Final Transcripts
Upon graduation accepted high school students must submit a final transcript reflecting senior year credits, grades, final rank in class, and date of graduation. Transfer students must submit a final transcript of all work completed at all colleges an universities attended.
New Student Orientation
All incoming freshman and transfer students are expected to attend New Student Orientation Thursday, August 21st through Sunday, August 24th, 2008. Registration is from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday in the Luce Physical Activities Center. Click here to view an abbreviated copy of the New Student Orientation schedule.
