ACHIEVE Program Online Course Information

Registration Policy

Students may register for online courses through the Registrar's Office. Registration dates for the fall terms can be viewed at SPRING 2008 REGISTRATION DATES.

Withdrawal Policy

Students may withdraw from a course by contacting the Registrar's Office. Before withdrawing from a course, know the effects of doing so on both your financial aid and your academic standing. Call Leslie Kurtz (859-858-3511 x2264) with any questions concerning your financial aid.

Student Notification Policy

It is imperative that you provide the ACHIEVE Program Office with a current working e-mail address and phone number. If more than one e-mail is available, please provide that as well.

A few days prior to the Classes Start/First Login Day shown in the schedule, an e-mail introduction will be sent to you for every course in which you have registered. That e-mail introduction will contain all necessary information you will need in order to communicate with your assigned instructor, as well as login to the course software, Atheneo. If you do not receive this notification, contact the ACHIEVE Program office.

Once you have logged in successfully the first time, you will have access to the internal messaging system built into Atheneo making an e-mail address outside of Atheneo lesser importance.

Texts and Materials

Texts can be ordered by and mailed to the student directly from www.digiscrolls.com. All required texts and materials for all of the COCC courses will be available through the DigiScrolls virtual bookstore. In some cases, you will have the option of purchasing used texts. Payment can be made by credit card. It is your responsibility to order texts and materials required for online courses.
