Dr. Pickerill commenced his duties at Asbury as a Professor of Physical Education in 1991. He oversees Asbury student athlete compliance issues and also serves as the Compliance Officer for the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC). He and his wife, Linda, are the parents of two adult children, Christy and Andrew, both of whom graduaed from Asbury.
Ken is a graduate of Miami of Ohio ('70), Asbury Theological Seminary ('73), and the Ohio State University ('77, '84), with pastoral, teaching and administrative experience in Ohio, North Carolina, and Kentucky. His research interests include health and wellness concerns as they especially pertain to local church clergy and staff.
