Kresge and Glide-Crawford women go to Great Lengths
The women of Kresge and Glide-Crawford Halls shed their locks this week during the Great Lengths Big Cut. In October, more than 20 women made a commitment to donate their hair for charity.
Senior accepted to top film school
Senior Clay Hassler has been accepted to Florida State University’s Film School Master of Fine Arts program. Hassler, an English literature and theatre and cinema performance major at Asbury College, was one of 24 students selected from 900 applicants.
Reunion gift phonathon and registration
When alumni pick up their phones the next few weeks, they might hear a voice from the past. On April 21, 22, 28 and 29, alumni will call their classmates in the Reunion Phonation to invite them to come back to Wilmore in June and to support the 2008 Reunion Class Gift Project.

Highbridge Film Festival announces winners
On April 26, the Highbridge Film Festival dazzled more than 1,400 attendees with a Hollywood-style showcase of Asbury College’s best student produced films. Decked out in their best attire, students and friends of the College streamed into Hughes Auditorium for a night filled with action, drama and side-splitting comedy. Read More »

Open wide…senior accepted to five dental programs
Senior Adam Hammerlee from Erie, Penn., who will graduate from Asbury College May 11, is preparing for dental school in the fall. Hammerlee’s dental school decision didn’t come easy. After interviewing at five different schools, the biology major was accepted to all five—University of Pittsburgh, University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, University of Buffalo and Temple University.
