Institutional advancement at Asbury College consists of the offices of development, alumni relations and parent program, and public relations.
Development
The office of development is responsible for giving to the annual fund, endowed scholarship giving, unrestricted funds, capital campaigns, foundations and gift planning.

Alumni Relations and Parent Program
The office of alumni relations and parent program oversees alumni records, class notes for the Ambassador alumni magazine , reunion, the Alumni Board, the Parents Council and alumni events throughout the year.

Public relations
